Video: Nigerian opposition party agent, Dino Malaye, rejects result collation without electronic upload

Published

on

As the collation of election results continues in Nigeria, the party agent of the opposition party, Peoples Democratic (PDP) Dino Malaye has raised concerns over the authenticity of the results by state resident electoral commissioners at the collation center in Nigeria’s capital city, Abuja.

Nigerians have decried the delay in the uploading of election results at the polling unit immediately after the voting and counting exercise at each unit. There have been allegations of falsification of the final results by INEC.

The PDP agent, Malaye argued that the election results should be uploaded online on INEC’s result viewing portal, iRev before being reported at the national collation centres by returning officers.

For each kilogram of green leaf delivered to the agency’s facilities, tea farmers associated with the Kenya Tea Development Agency Limited (KTDA) got an increase in their monthly tea payments in December.
