Video: I don’t have any property in UK – Nigeria’s president, Buhari to King Charles



In this video, Nigeria’s president Muhammadu Buhari, who recently concluded a visit to the United Kingdom, speaks on how the England constitutional monarch, King Charles asked him if he had a house in the UK and what his response was.

Many African leaders have a profile of acquiring properties abroad, in most cases through proceeds of corruption which is endemic in the civil and political space across the continent.

Video: ECOWAS Ministers discuss terrorism, transition, other issues at 89th ordinary session



The Eighty-Ninth Ordinary Session of the ECOWAS Council of Ministers was held at the ECOWAS Commission, Asokoro, Abuja, Nigeria from 1st to 2nd December 2022.

The ministers deliberated on memoranda on combating terrorism, unconstitutional changes of government, humanitarian situation in the region, and transition processes in the Region.

They also considered ECOWAS Peace Support Operations in the Gambia and Guinea Bissau, among others, and Update on the Status of the Implementation of the National Early Warning Centres.
