Ghana star, Thomas ‘Yakubu’ Partey, in trouble as UK woman releases evidence in rape allegations

Published

on

A UK lady who has been dragging Ghanaian and Arsenal soccer star, Thomas Partey, over allegations that he raped her, has taken to various social media platforms to post “evidences” of her accusation.

The lady who claims to be an Instagram model, took to the platform as well as Twitter on Thursday to call out Partey who recently hit married to a Moroccan woman changed his name to Yakubu after converting to Islam, to pour more filth on the midfielder with screenshots including private chats and video messages she had with him.

According to the lady, she and Partey were dating when the incident happened while they were holidaying in Ibiza, Spain.

In the viral posts, the lady identified only as @deffonotchaur on Twitter and Instagram, accused the 29-year-old Ghana vice captain of raping her and allegedly trying to forcefully have oral sex with her while she was asleep.

In one of the screenshots, the lady said:

“He raped me, left me in bed unconscious then went out to party in Ibiza, came back, laughed in my face and told me I don’t get to say no to him,” she claimed.

In another post, she wrote:

“Thomas Partey is a serial rapist who has got lucky because the date he decided to rape me whilst we were on holiday together was 10 days before UK law changed allowing UK police forces jurisdiction over crimes committed outside the UK.”

She followed the post up with another tweet with a screen-recorded video of her supposed chats with Partey which read:

“This is the “innocent man” you Arsenal fans were defending; this video was recorded from my friend’s phone after his agent threatened me and told me they would say I made fake videos and manipulated the screenshots.

“I don’t care about my identity being revealed anymore. Someone leaked a screenshot from my private story last year and off the back of that I’ve had the most vile, evil messages from people calling me a liar… we’ll see who’s a liar once I post screenshots of him admitting it.”

This is not the first time the Ghanaian soccer star would be enmeshed in a rape row following a report that his then Moroccan girlfriend whom he married in May, Sara Bella, had once accused him of rape after he refused to do the needful and walk her down the aisle.

But the rumours died down when he did the needful and got weeded her in London and converted to Islam which were said to be parts of the conditions Sara gave before dropping the rape case.

‘I stood up for my teammates’, Super Eagles’ Bright Osayi defends beating up pitch invader

Published

Super Eagles and Fernabache of Turkey defender, Bright Osayi-Samuel, has opened up on why he had to beat up a pitch invader in the wake of a brawl with some fans of Tranzonspor during a match in a Turkish Superlig.

The right-back had come under the spotlight when he was seen beating up a fan of Tranzonspor who had attempted to attack Fernabache players during the match last Sunday.

While many fans of the club had applauded Osayi-Samuel’s action, even going ahead to make a graffiti of the scene, others have condemned him and even went as far as demanding sanctions for him.

But while speaking to sports journalists on Monday in Morocco where the Eagles are currently preparing for a friendly match against Mali, the 25-year-old defender said he had to stand up for his teammates in self defence.

“The fans attacked the team, some had weapons on them, I had to defend my team, it was self defence, that’s what happened,” he said.

“My teammates suffered cuts and bruises, some were really scared, several others also joined me to try to defend the team.

“We found a way to win and avenge our only loss in the league to the same team after they beat us at our home in the first round,” he added.

Fans of Trabzonspor had invaded the pitch after title-chasing Fenerbache recorded a 3-2 win at away to keep up the pressure on league leaders Galatasaray, a defeat which angered the home fans and led to them invading the pitch.

But they met their match in the Super Eagles player who chased some and pounced on them heavily.
