Video: Temporary homes sheltering South African flood victims’ damaged by more rains

Victims of the devastating floods that hit South Africa’s port city of Durban last weekend were in for another shocker as the temporary shelter provided for them was also destroyed by torrential rainfall on Wednesday.

The shelter was hit again by heavy storm which further exposed the victims to another horrific experience with many blaming the country’s urban planning officials for the predicament.
